2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials confidential. Bemavõ Corporation may suspend accounts for violations.

3. Service Description

REAP offers free and premium versions for data-driven basketball insights.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

REAP offers optional premium subscriptions that provide access to advanced features and analytics.

All subscriptions are processed and managed through:

• Apple Inc. via the Apple App Store
• Google LLC via Google Play Store

By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable store’s terms and conditions.

5. Modifications and Feature Updates

We may modify or remove features. Major changes trigger email/in-app notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All REAP content, code, and design belong to Bemavõ Corporation. Unauthorized use is forbidden.

7. User Conduct

No illegal content, hacking, impersonation, or unauthorized resale of analytics data. Violations may result in ban without refund.

8. Advertising and Third Parties

Free version may include ads. Personalized ads require explicit consent. Third parties must comply with GDPR.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Data handling follows the REAP Privacy Policy.

10. Account Deletion and Data Retention

Users may delete accounts anytime. Data erased immediately unless required by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

REAP is provided 'as is'. No guarantees of uninterrupted service or complete data accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bemavõ Corporation is not liable for indirect damages. Liability capped at total paid in the last 12 months.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by French law. Disputes handled by the Tribunal of Paris.
