1. Who We Are

REAP is a mobile and web application owned by Bemavõ Corporation, SARL (France).Address: 112 avenue de Paris, 94300 Vincennes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the REAP experience, including user-provided details, device data, and analytics information.

3. Why We Use Your Information

We process your personal data to operate your REAP account, provide basketball analytics, manage payments, improve user experience, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest, and user consent.

5. Advertising and Analytics

REAP may display ads in its free version. No personalized ads are active by default. If activated later, users will be asked for explicit consent via in-app banner (CMP).

6. Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are used for functionality, anonymous analytics, and optional ads (with consent). You can disable non-essential cookies in settings.

7. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Data is hosted in the EU. Any transfer outside the EU requires your prior written consent and may involve financial compensation. Transfers comply with SCCs or equivalent safeguards.

We share data only with trusted third parties for hosting, analytics, payments, legal compliance, or approved contracts. We never sell user data.

9. Data Retention

Data is retained for 5 years after last activity, unless law requires longer storage. Then it is deleted or anonymized.

We use SSL/TLS encryption, secure EU hosting, limited access, and audits. Users are notified of any data breach per legal requirements.
